Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and the approximate time with your time zone. A relevant public announcement link or a screenshot with private details removed can help.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, signing secrets, private callback URLs, or your full ChatGPT conversation.
What each status means
- Confirmed reset
- A broad Codex reset or banked reset credit has been recorded as confirmed. This does not verify the remaining limits on your individual account.
- Scheduled reset
- A future reset has been announced. It stays pending until there is evidence of completion, even if its estimated time has passed.
- Reset watch
- A forecast based on public signals. It may be classified with AI and is not a promise from OpenAI.
About reminders
The plugin defines two reminders: one for confirmed resets, and one for upcoming resets, including watches and scheduled announcements. Availability depends on the plugin connection and the event features supported by your ChatGPT environment.
Reminders cover new events after a subscription starts. They do not replay historical announcements, and follow-ups within the same watch or schedule do not create another alert. An alert contains an announcement snapshot; check the current status for the latest timing.
If a reminder is missing, check whether the announcement is a forecast, a pending schedule, or a confirmed reset, and whether your monitoring task is still active. Delivery can be delayed or fail.
To stop a plugin reminder, ask ChatGPT to stop the corresponding monitoring task. Website email and browser notifications have separate subscription controls.
Report a correction
Send the public announcement link, the status or time you believe is wrong, and the evidence for a correction. Updating a record cannot retract a notification that has already been delivered.
